It takes around 1000kg of seeds to produce 100kg of high quality Raspberry oil (Rubus idaeus) Raspberry oil has a rich texture and skin feel and provides great emollience. It is made up of around 45-50% Omega 6 and 25-30% Omega 3 fatty acids, an ideal combination for skin nutrition and protection. Studies commissioned by ourselves have demonstrated that Raspberry seed oil improves skin softness and smoothness whilst reducing epidermal water loss.

Raspberry oil is a very effective moisturising oil and the essential fatty acids it contains help to improve skin condition whilst providing protection and lubrication. We recommend Raspberry oil for dry skin applications and massage oils where deep long lasting penetration and protection is needed.
